Michele – Receptionist Michele is likely the first person you will meet at FreyOrthodontics. She will help schedule your new patient consultation and regular appointment visits. If you need to change an appointment or make a payment, Michele will be happy to assist you. She lives in Naperville with her beautiful daughter Gianna. |

Shannon – Business and Marketing Manager Shannon is our treatment coordinator and marketing manager. She will greet you at your initial consultation and guide you through every step of the new patient process. Shannon will answer any questions you have about orthodontics, our practice, professional fees, insurance coverage, or payment options. Shannon has a 20 year background in luxury real estate and Network Television advertising and will make every effort to provide you an excellent experience; she even has her personal cell phone on her business card. Shannon is a California native and recently moved to the Midwest from San Diego with her son Chase. |

Joyce – Records Manager Joyce manages our patient records and imaging and also assists the doctor in the clinic. She is the one responsible for making your photos, models, and x-rays look so good. Joyce has been in the orthodontic industry for over 18 years and knows the industry inside and out making her a great asset to our practice. Joyce loves the White Sox and lives in Plainfield with her husband, three wonderful children, and four dogs! All Sox fans. |

Vicki – Clinical Coordinator Vicki is in charge of the everyday operations of our orthodontic clinic. She specializes in chair-side patient care, treatment conferences and maintains our inventory of clinical orthodontics appliances. Vicki has been in the orthodontic industry for over 21 years and is an expert in our field. Vicki also assists Dr. Frey with patient emergencies after hours and on weekends. She is a pleasure to have in our office as she is always smiling and remembers everyone who has ever been treated in our office. |

Alexis Alexis is the newest addition to the Frey Orthodontics team. While her main role is assisting Dr. Frey in the clinic, she is our office "creative". You can thank her for our great contests and other creative things that go on throughout the office. She is very outgoing and you will most likely see her with a smile on her face. Alexis resides right here in Naperville with her husband and two children after a recent move from Indiana. They enjoy attending Chicago Fire and White Sox games but being native Hoosiers, they are die hard Colts fans! |

LeAnn – Insurance Manager LeAnn is a long time member of the Frey Orthodontic Team and has been in the orthodontic business for more than 8 years. In addition to assisting Dr. Frey in the clinic, LeAnn manages all insurance claims filed through our office. LeAnn has a great attitude and loves her work, but her true passion is breeding and showing champion Alaskan Malamutes. On the weekends, LeAnn and her family are likely to be seen at dog shows and dog sled pulling events all around the Midwest. She lives in Oswego with her husband and her two beautiful children Anna and Anthony. |
